About this offering
A participation in the results of our project cargo work — transporting manifolds, risers, umbilicals and other subsea hardware from fabrication yards to offshore installation spreads.
This work is campaign-driven rather than routine. Revenue arrives in concentrated periods tied to client installation programmes, and gaps between campaigns are normal. Distributions therefore vary more than on the supply fleet, and the programme carries correspondingly more variability.
Key terms
- Heavy-lift and project cargo for subsea installation campaigns
- Distributions targeted quarterly from campaign revenue
- Campaign-driven: revenue is concentrated, not routine
- Minimum $10,000
Dividend structure
An indicative 2.5% of principal per quarter, funded from net revenue on project cargo movements after vessel and mobilisation costs. Four distributions are scheduled over the 12-month term. Campaign timing is set by clients, so distributions may be reduced, deferred or withheld in a quarter with no active campaign.

Risk
You could lose your entire investment
Private offerings in the offshore energy services sector involve a high degree of risk, and you should be prepared to lose the entire amount you invest. Vessels may sit idle, charters may not be renewed, and operating costs may exceed revenue. There is no deposit …
Distributions are not guaranteed
Rates shown on this site are indicative targets, not promises. Distributions are funded from the operating results of the underlying business and may be reduced, deferred or withheld entirely when utilisation, day rates or costs do not support a payment. A scheduled distribution date indicates …
Your investment is illiquid
There is no secondary market for these interests. You cannot sell your position, and you should assume you will hold it until maturity — or, if operations are disrupted, indefinitely. Do not invest funds you may need to access before the stated term ends.
