About this offering
Funds the working capital and charter commitments behind our platform supply and emergency response fleet — the vessels held on term charter to serve producing installations with cargo, fuel, water and standby cover.
A two-year holding with distributions targeted quarterly. This is the largest programme we run and the one most directly tied to sustained fleet utilisation rather than to any single voyage. Utilisation moves with offshore activity levels, so distributions vary with how busy the fields we serve actually are.
Key terms
- Platform supply and emergency response vessels on term charter
- Distributions targeted quarterly across a 24-month term
- Exposure to fleet utilisation, not to any single voyage
- Minimum $25,000
Dividend structure
An indicative 5.0% of principal per quarter, funded from net operating results on the supported fleet after charter hire, crewing, fuel and maintenance. Eight distributions are scheduled across the 24-month term, with principal targeted for return at maturity. Distributions are not guaranteed and may be reduced or suspended when utilisation or day rates do not support them.

Risk
You could lose your entire investment
Private offerings in the offshore energy services sector involve a high degree of risk, and you should be prepared to lose the entire amount you invest. Vessels may sit idle, charters may not be renewed, and operating costs may exceed revenue. There is no deposit …
Distributions are not guaranteed
Rates shown on this site are indicative targets, not promises. Distributions are funded from the operating results of the underlying business and may be reduced, deferred or withheld entirely when utilisation, day rates or costs do not support a payment. A scheduled distribution date indicates …
Your investment is illiquid
There is no secondary market for these interests. You cannot sell your position, and you should assume you will hold it until maturity — or, if operations are disrupted, indefinitely. Do not invest funds you may need to access before the stated term ends.
