Who we share it with
Our banking and payment partners, our professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Financial records are retained for as long as required by law, which is longer than the life of your account. Ledger entries are never deleted — they are the record of what happened to your money.
Your choices
You can review and correct your details in the portal at any time. To request a copy of your data, or ask about deletion where the law permits it, write to investors@oillogisticsinvest.com.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed and never in plain text, and access to investor records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect a problem with your account.
