Operating report
Oil Logistics Invest was formed in 2012 with two platform supply vessels working out of Galveston. The first charter was a single operator and a single field. The fleet is now eighteen vessels serving forty-one producing and drilling installations across the Gulf of Guinea.
We took the logistics position deliberately. Producing oil exposes you to the wellhead and to the price of a barrel; moving people and cargo to installations exposes you to activity — how much work is going on offshore. Activity is steadier than price, though it is not immune to it, and it is a more legible thing to finance.
Shore capacity came next. Vessels are only half the supply line; the other half is quayside, warehousing and laydown where cargo is staged before it sails. We hold leased capacity at Galveston and Port Fourchon, and operators pay handling and throughput fees to use it.
Since 2023 we have been extending into deepwater support — longer voyages, larger vessels, dynamic positioning. That build-out is the highest indicative rate and the widest range of outcomes we offer, and it is funded by its own programme.
