About this offering

A 14-day participation in scheduled platform supply voyages — the routine runs that carry drilling fluids, casing, provisions and deck cargo from our shore bases out to producing installations, and return backload to shore.

This is the shortest instrument we offer and the usual starting point for a new account. Participations are matched to voyages already scheduled under existing charter arrangements, so the term is short and the exposure is to voyage completion and counterparty payment rather than to long-range fleet utilisation.

Key terms

  • Matched to supply voyages already scheduled
  • 14-day term — the shortest instrument on the market
  • Principal and any distribution returned together at maturity
  • Minimum $3,000

Dividend structure

An indicative 4.5% of principal, targeted for payment once on the maturity date alongside the return of principal. The rate reflects expected voyage margin under current charter arrangements. It is a target, not a guarantee: distributions depend on the voyages completing and on the operator being paid, and may be reduced, delayed or withheld.

The indicative rate applied to the minimum investment, held to maturity. Indicative rates are targets, not promises — distributions are funded from the operating results of the business and may be reduced, deferred or withheld. Not a forecast of performance.

Risk

You could lose your entire investment

Private offerings in the offshore energy services sector involve a high degree of risk, and you should be prepared to lose the entire amount you invest. Vessels may sit idle, charters may not be renewed, and operating costs may exceed revenue. There is no deposit …

Distributions are not guaranteed

Rates shown on this site are indicative targets, not promises. Distributions are funded from the operating results of the underlying business and may be reduced, deferred or withheld entirely when utilisation, day rates or costs do not support a payment. A scheduled distribution date indicates …

Your investment is illiquid

There is no secondary market for these interests. You cannot sell your position, and you should assume you will hold it until maturity — or, if operations are disrupted, indefinitely. Do not invest funds you may need to access before the stated term ends.
